Jamie will give you a full body workout with weights and bands, core work on and off the mat. Modifications will be given as necessary. Please bring a mat, towel and water, and any weights or bands you might have.

Join Stef for a core driven, sweat pumping 50 min total body workout. Entire workout can be done without equipment, but you can level up and add weights and bands. Bring a yoga mat and water.

Dance and Tone with Kristen G

You will have the best time burning calories as you dance dance dance your way through this class. Kristen will teach both high and low impact easy to follow dance moves, (NO experience necessary!) an upper and lower body toning portion, and abs. Bring a mat, light weights and water.

Join Elina for a total body burn with a combination of conditioning, sculpting , cardio, core , and strength exercises.  Get ready for a wide variety of exercises and motivating music!
