Expect to get sweaty as Marisa takes you through circuits incorporating weights, bands, and your own bodyweight in this class. Total body conditioning and cardio will be included in every class. Bring a mat, weights, and a band if you have.
You will have the best time burning calories as you dance dance dance your way through this class. Kristen will teach both high and low impact easy to follow dance moves, (NO experience necessary!) an upper and lower body toning portion, and abs. Bring a mat, light weights and water.
